Amos - Setting Up HTML

Usually with Amos connect, you send and receive emails in Plain Text format. If the email sent or what you are composing has
signature, photos, templates or forms embedded in the body of your email and you want it to be preserved when sent / received in
your Outlook, then you need the email to be sent and received in HTML format.

This document will guide you through on how to Setup Amos Connect email and Outlook to be able to send and receive HTML Email
formats.

Steps
1. From your Outlook, make sure to set the Messages in HTML format. Open Outlook, click File > Options > Mail then change to
HTML and click OK

2. From Amos Connect, setup the Internet Mail Relay. Open Amos Connect, click Remote > internet Mail Server > Options, then
tick Enable Transparent Internet Relay and click OK

3. Click Setup > Remote PO Management > Double click AmosConnect hub

4. Make sure Host connected via TCP/IP is selected then click Details

5. Click Enable transparent Internet Relay and click OK

6. Close and Open Amos connect then test sending and receiving email in HTML format in your Outlook
