‘man’ formats and displays the on-line manual pages. This version knows about the
MANPATH and PAGER environment variables, so you can have your own set(s) of personal
man pages and choose whatever program you like to display the formatted pages. If section
is specified, man only looks in that section of the manual. You may also specify the order
to search the sections for entries and which preprocessors to run on the source files via
command line options or environment variables. If enabled by the
Syntax
The svupdate program is used to update the Sandvine software packages for all
applications. It has a significant number of options to control its behavior from the
command line allowing full automation of its tasks. It also has a menu driven selection
system to allow the user to explore the options that are available. At any time in the
menus 'q' can be used to quit and 'b' can be used to move back a menu level.
Also fill out any extra info that you may have to help the support team have a better
visibility into the issue being observed.
If you wish to add an attachment, simply click “Submit and Add Attachment” at the bottom
of the screen. If no attachments are necessary, then just click “Submit” to finish creating
the case.
If you wish to add comments to the case then click “Add Comment”. If you wish to edit any
other fields on the case then click “Edit”.
Note: Any case updates that you wish to add should be included in the comments section.
Note: Steps 1 and 2 are only required before you try to access the documentation the first
time.
After choosing the model, choose which version you are looking for. Inside that folder you
should find all the appropriate product documentation.
