    Subject: Regarding frequent damage of diesel tank of CAT dumpers.
    It has been reported to undersigned by Chief Manager (Excvn.) vide letter no
    AKWM/OCP/2022/680 dated 07-09-2022 which is enclosed here with. It is to note that
    CISF personnel are deployed but still bolts of diesel tank side plate found
    missing/damaged. These incidents are occurring on regular basis due to which it is
    difficult to maintain the fleet of dumper and machine operation could not be possible.
    So, this matter is very serious and security to be arranged accordingly. Any
    lapse on security front will be communicated to higher authority.
