The Haynayan Society is a non-profit organization in MSU-IIT comprised of students

enrolled in any BS Biology programs; hence it relies primarily on membership fees and
donations to sustain its operations. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the society was
unable to collect fees from its constituents and faces depleting resources. This also affects the
society’s future endeavours.

In line with this, the Haynayan Society is raising funds mainly for its General Assembly
and Social Day on January 24, 2023; and Tree Planting, Haynayan Days, and Alay para sa
Graduates within the year.

We are looking for businesses and organizations to help us make these events possible
and truly special. Because of this, we want to invite The Pedal Bean to be our sponsor and part
of our fundraising drive. Your involvement will surely contribute to the society’s goal of
actualizing its plans for its members. We hope that you are interested in joining our effort in

Space for food/coffee

In case that you will opt for the Diamond Sponsor Package, the society will allot a
space for your food/coffee stall to sell your products during the event. All the necessary papers
and documents will be handled by the society.
