AFFIDAVIT
(CANCELLATION OF ADVERSE CLAIM)

I ADELAIDA FLORES MARTINEZ of all of legal age, widow, Filipino and residing
at Purok 2, Bambang, Bulacan, Bulacan after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law depose and state that:

1. That I caused the annotation of adverse claim over a parcel of land covered
by Tax Declaration of Real Property ARP No. 2018-05003-05575 Property
Index No. 020-05-003-003-106-L.

2. That the Affidavit of Adverse Claim was notarized under document number
461, page 94, book 2, series of 2020 of notary public Atty. Ryan T. Escalante.

3. That after a thorough discussion with other family members together with the
heirs of Alfredo Flores and Bienvenida Jimenez, the adverse party, we came
into an agreement for amicable settlement.

4. That we have settled our indifferences and will receive our just and legal share
after, as promised by the adverse party, after the land is sold.

5. That because of the amicable settlement agreed upon, I now request for the
cancellation of the Adverse Claim I caused to be annotated on the
abovementioned Tax Declaration of Real Property.

6. That I understand the legal effects in executing this document and I was not
forced or intimidated in executing this one.
