VERY URGENT EX-PARTE MOTION

TO RESET HEARING

Private Complainant, through the undersigned counsel as the private prosecutor,

and unto this Honorable Court respectfully states that:

1. The instant case is scheduled for hearing on 9 June 2022 at 1:30 in the
afternoon.

2. As previously manifested, herein counsel recently had direct contact with a

COVID-19 positive. Thereafter, he experienced symptoms of the virus and is
not yet fully recovered.

3. It is respectfully requested, with the approval and conformity of the

Honorable Court, that the scheduled hearing on 9 June 2022 be re-scheduled
on 28 July 2022 at 1:30 in the afternoon.

4. This motion is not intended to delay the instant proceedings but only for
reason herein stated.

PRAYER
WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed that the scheduled
hearing on 9th of June 2022 at 1:30 in the afternoon be cancelled and reset to 28th July
2022 at 1:30 in the afternoon.

RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED.

Other just and equitable remedies are likewise prayed for.
