SCADA

A water system control and remote monitoring (Supervisory control & data acquisition - SCADA) system
should enable monitoring of all the relevant operating parameters of each location individually:

 All pressures and flows – instantaneous and cumulative

 Water level in tanks

The basic concept of the proposed system of supervision and management

The system is implemented as a network distributed monitoring and management system and consists
of a monitoring system control units at the location of the facilities and computer monitoring system
that can be located at any place with secured Internet access. At the lowest hierarchical level of the
system, at the process connection level, there are sensors. All analog and digital signals in the facilities
are connect to the local PLC controller. The controller is connected to the GPRS network via a modem or
router mobile operator. The operator's SIM card must be such that it can be easily change - must not be
in private APN. From this level data is sent HTTP JSON or MQTT protocol to the LAMP server at the
public IP address.

The advantage of distributed networks over centralized networks is flexibility for the future extensions
and phasing in implementation. In a system designed in this way, it is easy to add new ones network
nodes, as well as preventive and ongoing maintenance of individual components without endangering
them normal functioning of the rest of the system.

WATER METERS

All water meters are horizontal multi-jet, wet version, class "C" (R160), manufactured according to of
the EN 14154 standard, of the appropriate diameter, with the possibility of subsequent installation of
the impulse transmitter in in order to upgrade the remote reading of the water meter. It is envisaged
installation, in front water meter, magnetic valve with safety ring to prevent unauthorized use
manipulations with the water meter. Built-in water meters must have a valid stamp of the Institute for
Metrology of Montenegro and a Certificate of determining the type of measuring instrument.
