With reference to your enquiry for Architectural consultancy we are sending our best offer for your kind
approval and favorable action. Further we can assure you that we will provide you utmost cooperation for
entire span work.
PROJECT COST ₹ 6,55,000/- INCLUSIVE OF EVERYTHING TOTAL AREA: 1165 SQFT.
Professional fee for undertaking the Comprehensive Architectural Services work as per the scope of services is
inclusive in the above project cost.

 DINING TABLE (SMART FOLDABLE) - 1 NOS
 KITCHEN HOB - 1 NOS.
1.1 WARDROBE - 2 NOS.
 SIZE : 4'-0" X 9'-0" Double door shutter.
 Material used will be termite and water resistant HDHMR board.
 Fittings used will be of Godrej, laross or equivalent. (1 yr replacement warranty)
 lighting will be provided within the wardrobe.
 wardrobe door handles will be of stainless steel.
1.2 TV UNIT - 1 NOS.
 4'-5' Wide.
 1-2 set of drawers will be provided as per design approved by client
 drawer fittings will be of Godrej, laross or equivalent.
 back cove light will be provided along with extra plug point for TV and setup box.
 Entire structure will be made from HDHMR board.

1.3 LIGHTING AND ELECTRICAL WORK

Make:- L/T, Havells, Polycab, ABB, Orient, KEI, Cona and Anchor
 lighting will include all the furniture lighting like cove profile etc.
 it also include the cost of copper wire required for lighting extension and power plug. make:
polycab, KEI, Anchor, Havells etc.
 Switch Board and switches will be of Anchor or Cona
 We will also fancy hanging lights wherever required.
1.4 KITCHEN TILES AND STONE WORK
Make:- kajaria/Somany/Nitco/Sampolo/IGL
 Existing tiles will be removed and disposed off before applying.
 Tiles or Stone will be approved from client before purchasing.
 Proper grouting will be done after laying tiles and counter top.
 Kitchen Hob will be of make: Glen, Sunflame, Whirlpool or equivalent as per client.
Note: Tiles will be selected as/client
Other flooring options could be: Marble flooring, Laminate flooring, Epoxy flooring, tiles – up to client.
1.5 PAINT
Make:- Asian Paints/ Sakarni/ Dulux Paints.
 Paint will be Royal Shine from Asian paint make.
 proper leveling of walls will be done before applying primar or paint.
 Costing includes entire house painting.
EXTRA:-
*LOCAL AUTHORITY APPROVAL FEES WILL NOT BE IN OUR SCOPE*
TERMS &CONDITION :-
1. Delivery Time:1-2 months scope of work
2. Payment: 20-25% as token, 25% before Electrical and plumbing work 30% before tiling and flooring
furniture work & Interior finishing and rest 20% before painting and polishing.
3. Validity: 30 days from the date of Quotation.
4. Costing: Costing may varies up to 10%.
