SHAKTI , ACC, DECCAN) 53 grade cement used in R.C.C area ( Pillars, Beams, Slab ) 43 Grade
cement used in ( Brick wall, Plastering, Flooring etc..)

Complete External & Internal wall work done by “CEMENT SOLID BRICK” ( OR) RED Brick .

2. ELECTRICAL WORK DETAIL :-

Complete Building Wiring done by “FENOLEX “ Brand.

Complete P.V.C pipe Used by “ SUDHAKAR “ Brand.

Complete M.C.B Main Board Used by “ LEGRAND “ Brand.

Complete Modular Switchboard Used by “ MARU “ Brand.

LIGHT & FANS ARE NOT IN OUR SCOPE.

Purchasing and Analyzing Complete Bathroom Flooring and wall tile will be done at 7’0” height
till lintel level, and tile size will be 1’0”x0’9”.

Purchasing and Analyzing Complete Kitchen Platform will be done by granite work “STEEL GREY”
Material.

Purchasing and Analyzing Complete Kitchen platform above wall tile be done at 2’0” height used
by 1’0”x1’0” vitrified Tile.

Purchasing and Analyzing Complete Parking Flooring will be done at site 1’0”x1’0” parking tile
regular design.

DOOR’S AND WINDOWS DETAIL :-

Purchasing and Analyzing Complete Internal Doors will be Used by Flash Door with 1.5”
thickness.
 Purchasing and Analyzing Complete Main Door Will be Make by “TEAK WOOD” with 1.5” thickness.

Purchasing and Analyzing Complete Windows will be make by “ Aluminium “ Material.

6. PAINT WORK DETAIL :-

Complete Building Inside Internal Area will be done by LUPPUM finish with 2 Coated
And Building Front Elevation Area.

Complete Building Internal Area Colour Used by “ASIAN PAINT”

Complete Building External Area Colour Used by “ASIAN PAINT”

7. S.S & M.S WORK DETAIL :-

Complete Balcony Railing will be done by S.S railing with 2’6” height.

Complete Staircase Railing will be done by S.S railing as per discussion.

Complete Window Grills will be done by M.S work.

Main Gate Will be done by M.S work.

Purchasing and Analyzing of complete Work as per Above mention With time period of ( 9 Month ) from the
date of start work.
NOW THEREFORE PROJECT WORK PAYMENT DETAIL

Whereas the “ project of Apartment “work as the schedule for a project consideration of
35,00,000/- .As per Discuss of Ground + First floor with Rack Headroom

TERMS & CONDITIONS:-

• All works will be executed as per drawing & designs final approval. Shop drawing will
be done by your Side.
• Scaffolding will be in our scope to be provided by as when required.
• Weekly progress report and forecaster will be submitted to the client.
• Power supply to be provided at 3 points on site with socket.
• Comprehensive workers insurance including third party insurance will be provided by
us for the entire duration of works at site.
• This Quotation will be Veiled till 2 year after started of work. Incas the work will be
stop in between and time period has bean crossed above 2 year then quotation will be
change as per that days market value.
