• Roof Structure R.C.C. Framed Structure - Ground + 4 Floors as
per Structural Design. Provided by Design Engineer
Clear Height of Each Floor shall be 10' 6'‘, using M25 Grade
Mix (1;1 ½: 3) Concrete with (Ultratech) cement Grade 53
(River sand only) , Steel to be used Fe 550 TMT. (SHREE),
BIRLA SHAKTI or ACC Grade 43 cement to be used in
(Brick wall, Plastering, Flooring etc.)
Complete External & Internal wall work done by “RED Brick” (light
weight).

• External & Internal Walls: 9'' thick External and 4'' thick Internal
walls using light weight Red bricks to be constructed in 1:6 cement
mortar with 6mm R.C.C. bed at every 3.5' vertical division
External Wall Finish: Double coat (18MM THK) cement plastering (1:4
CM) with Birla putty finish Internal Wall Finish: Double coat(18MM
THK) cement plastering (1:4 CM) with Altek Luppam finish.
Note: River sand to be used in plastering.

• False Décor: Ceiling to be provided in ALL areas to according to

• Doors: For each flat one main door of Indian high-quality teakwood

Complete Balcony Railing (ISI) will be done by S.S railing with 2’6”

Complete Staircase Railing (ISI) will be done by S.S railing with 2’6”
height.

Complete Window Grills will be done by M.S work.

8’ wide Sliding Main Gate Will be done by M.S work.

• Parapet Wall: 3’0” height 4'' thick wall with 9'' thick masonry columns
at every 10' and 2 coats (18MM THK) of plastering and 2 coats of
painting.

• Underground Sump: Capacity of 5,000 liters Sump in 9'' thick brick


wall with 2 coat plastering (18MM THK) & RCC slab at top and
waterproofing.

• Waterproofing: Water-proofing flooring in wet areas Kitchen/ toilets &


on the terrace with Dr. Fixit or equivalent chemical.
• Parking :1' 0” x 1'0” design/ digital parking tiles(as per client Selection

• It’s a design and build - EPC contract
• ALL the IFC & Shop drawings to be prepared & submitted to the
client by the contractor
• All works to be executed as per drawing & designs final approval &
Shop drawing to be submitted to the client.
• Weekly progress report and forecaster will be submitted to the
client.
• Bore Will & Electrical meter & permission & GHMC issue has to
Provide from Client Side.

Any construction related items to be provided to complete the work by the


contractor

Purchasing and Analyzing of complete Work as per Above mention With time period of ( 1.5 Year) from the
date of start work.

Whereas the “ project of Apartment “work as the schedule for a project


consideration of ,G+2 Floor’s : 1650/-per Sft .As per measurement taken by slab area work done at
site.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:-

• All works will be executed as per drawing & designs final approval. Shop drawing will
be done by Contractor Side.
• Scaffolding will be in our scope to be provided by as when required.
• Weekly progress report and forecaster will be submitted to the client.
• Power supply to be provided at 3 points on site with socket.
• Comprehensive workers insurance including third party insurance will be provided by
us for the entire duration of works at site.
• This Quotation will be veiled till 1year after started of work. Incase the work will be
stop in between and time period has bean crossed above 1 year then quotation will be
change as per that days market value.
• Bore Will & Electrical meter & permission & GHMC issue has to provide from Client
Side.
