SPECIFICATIONS
1. Structure :
•Sub Structure: Footings: PCC(1:4:8)
RCC: M20 or Conventional Mix (1:1.5:3)
Framed Structure: RCC-framed structure to withstand wind and Seismic loads Zone II using
6mm to 25mm (TMT steel Premium brands)
• Super Structure: Good and No 1 quality table molded red bricks of size 9" for external and 4
and 1/2" for internal walls (53 grade OPC).
• Plastering (Internal & External): Two coats cement plaster with a smooth finish.
2. Doors and Windows :
• Main Door: Indian best teak wood frame single shutter aesthetically designed with polishing
and secure lock.
• Internal Doors : Factory made (Pre-hung) Engineered / Teak wood frames and shutters with
melamine polish.
• French Doors: UPVC door frames of reputed profile sections with tinted toughened glass
paneled shutters and designer hardware of reputed make with mosquito mesh.
• Utility Doors: UPVC door frames of reputed profile sections with combination of tinted float
glass and laminated MDF panel.
• Windows: UPVC frames and shutters fitted with tinted toughened glass with suitable finishes
as per design with free mosquito mesh with safety grill and track for all windows
3. Painting and Polishing:
• Internal wall: Smooth wall putty finish with 2 coats of exterior emulsion paints of Asian tractor
emulsion.
• External wall: exterior texture paint with exterior emulsion paints of Asian / Asian weather
shield with 2 coats of premium brand paint for all grills and railings, wherever applicable —
enamel.
4. Flooring :

WITNESSETH: that the Owner and Contractor undertake and agree as follows:
The Contractor shall :
(a) Perform all the required by the Contract Documents for the Residential Stilt, Ground floor,
first floor, second floor, Third Floor, Water tank Room, Lift & Stair case Room and Compound
Wall R.C.C Building Which have been signed in double by both the parties.
(b) Do and fulfill everything indicated by this Agreement , and
(C) Commence the work by the ---st day of ---month in the year 2019 and substantially perform
the work of this Contract.
(d) Project completion date ------2020.
