The Quote is valid for 30 days from estimate date.
Additional work if any apart from the estimate will be charged extra.
Designs and dimensions are subject to change as per site conditions with prior notice.
After order confirmation, In case of any change of mind for client or act of nature , Payments made by customer will not be
refunded. Customer shall receive services of value that is equal to their payments made.

Specifications for Construction and Finishing of Primary Structure


CIVIL: Foundation, Columns, Beams, Slab, Stairs: Strictly as per Structural Drawings and technical specifications provided by
the Architect and Structural Engineer.

Cement: PPC 53 Grade cement(Slab rate as per agreement)


Steel: I steel ( Slab rate as per agreement) Fine
Aggregate: M-Sand (Double washed) for RCC and PCC
P-Sand (Double washed) for Masonry and Outer

Plastering, Inner Plastering.


Coarse Aggregate: 12mm/20mm/40mm as per application
Brick: Walls - First Class Wire cut Brick
Basement,Sump,Septic tank-Flyash bricks

FINISIHING WORK:
Plumbing & Sanitary and Electrical Work will be carried out strictly as per the Budget.
Plumbing:
Taps, Valves etc.: As per the plumbing layout provided by the architect/Or as per regular builder standards.
PVC Piping: STAR.
CPVC Piping: Ashirvad.
Sanitary and Bath Room CP Fittings: Parryware/ Hindware (Budget as per agreement)

Rain Water Harvesting: Fixing 2' inner dia well rings up to 6' and filling with brick bats up to 2' and covering with man hole
cover/cement slab.

Electrical Work:
Type: 3 Phase Wiring and additional inverter line
Electrical Points: Lights, Fans, Open Sockets for electrical appliances etc.
All Wires and Cables: ORBIT FRLS wires with gauge and thickness as per the load.
Electrical Rigid HMS Conduits: Extra thick 25mrn/20mm pipes and fittings
Modular Switches, Sockets and accessories: Anchor ROMA (White Colour)
Internal distribution Boards, MCB's, and ELCB etc. of appropriate Values: Legrand Brand and Anchor Brand respectively.
Additional Conduits and Points: For TELEPHONE, TELEVISION cable etc

Set back area: Finishing the open area around the building with Grano flooring after filling with good earth.

Frame: 5" X 3" TEAK WOOD (Rs. 6000/- per frame)
Shutter: Multi panel Solid Teak Wooden Door. (Rs.20000/-)
Bed and Balcony:
Frame: 4" X 3" 2nd Quality teak wood Frame (Rs.3000/- per frame)
Shutter: Panel Doors (Rs.2500/-)
Bath Rooms:
Frame: 4" X 3" WPC Frame (Rs.2700/-per frame)
Shutter: WPC Skin Doors (Rs.2500/-)

Elevation: Only Masonry work Will be done as per the Architectural Drawings provided.

Painting, Varnish and Putty Work: As per the color scheme given by the Architect/Client.
Internal Walls: 2 coats Birla Wall care putty, one coat Birla white cement primer and two coats Asian emulsion in roller finish.
Ceiling: One Coat of white cement and two coats ACE emulsion finish.
External Walls: One Coat of Asian exterior white wash and two coats of ACE Exterior.
Main Door Frame and Shutter: Natural clear Varnish finish from Asian Paints.
All other Frames and Shutters: Asian Acrylic Enamel Paint matt finish.

Pest Control and waterproofing all bath rooms: post-construction pest control with 5 years warranty and professional water
proofing with warranty for all wet surfaces.

Floor Level:
Ground floor: 3' from the existing ground Level
Car park: 1.5' from the existing ground Level
Floor Height (PCC to Roof Top): 10’
Parapet Wall: 3' height 4.5" thick
