The literature review is very well presented and this paper has many good quality
references.
This paper is giving a good contribution to literature studies.

The Introduction is not complete. It needs clear problem statement, Research objectives and

research questions. (See article for further explanation)

The Research Methodology is very poor. It net clear about:

1. What kind of research, Qualitative or Quantitative?

2. What kind of data and how the researcher collected the data?

3. How the data were analyzed?

There are so many grammar errors in the article.

Author needs to revise the article according to reviewers’ suggestions.
Authors needs to proofread the articles.
Author needs to edit the papers particularly in Citation and References part by
following APA Style 7th Edition.
