TITLE

The current occurrence of sodomizing boys and men in Zambia.

Problem statement

Sodomizing males in Zambia is a sort of sexual assault where the attacker inserts his
penis into the anus of another man. It is also known as anal penetration, anal rape
or anal intercourse.

The current occurrence of sodomizing boys and men in Zambia is unclear. There are no
official statistics available on this problem. The only information that there is is
from anecdotal reports, which may or may not be correct. However, it appears
that the practice has been going on for a long time and there are numerous cases of
people who have been victims of this crime.

Zambia has no laws against homosexuality per se. In fact, section 145 (1) (b) of the Penal
Code criminalizes “unnatural carnal knowledge”

The purpose of this statement is to comprehend why there is a rise in the incidents anal
rape in the months in Zambia.

Lack of suitable steps in countering the above-mentioned phenomena will lead to more
people delving into it which may lead to advancement of the LBGTQ+
rights in Zambia.
