    Greetings!

    The Amity Youth Volunteer Organization - NOHS chapter will be having a registration with the
    Grade 9 Amity Youth applicants this November 14, 2018.

    The said registration aims to recruit a new batch of Amity Youth Volunteers for the school year
    2018 - 2019. In accordance to this, we will also have an orientation to those who registered their
    respective names in order for them to know the benefits, rules and regulations, mission,vision
    and the main function of the Amity to our school.

    The venue of the said orientation will be at the Quadrangle about 5:00-6:00 in the afternoon.
    And we would like to use 300 monoblocks, microphone and a speaker to clearly disseminate the
    information they need to know.

    We are asking an approval from your good office to allow us to conduct the abovementioned
    activity as well as to use the aforesaid materials on the aforementioned date.

    We are hoping for a positive response regarding this matter.
