As soon as I finished my class at 11:50, I left the class to wait for my friend because her lesson was
finishing at 12:00, after we met at 12:00 we decided to go to eat something, the road we took was
called Belmont Rd, and then we went to eat to German Doner Kebab (138 High St, Uxbridge UB8
1EB) it was on the High St. After we finished eating inside the local, at 12:48 we decided to leave
because she was late for lesson, we got to the intersection on the road Belmont Rd and Bakers Rd,
after we said goodbye to each other, I went straight to the station on Bakers Rd, I got to the
Uxbridge station, I could not catch the first train, so I took the second one which it was at platform 3
between the hours 13:00 and 13:20 because I did not check the time to have accurate timings.

I walk to further down the train to find a “group seat”, after that, I pull my phone and air pods out to
listen to some music on my way home because of tiredness, while in the train a young man that was
in the first carriage was looking insistent at me and texting his phone but I minded my business.

After few stations of me listening to music, around Ruislip Station, I have decided to watch TikTok
on my phone because I was getting bored, after few stations between Rayners Lane and West
Harrow I notice 3 teenagers dressed as “roadmen” with balaclava on, which made me not look at
them or interact with them in any way, not even eye contact.

After few minutes, they have decided to sit next to me and ask for my goods and cash, (The white
one was the first to sit next to me, then 2 black guys in front of me), they first asked if I have any
cash on me but I said no, and then they told me to give them my iPhone 11 Product Red and Air
pods, after they took my iPhone they made me log out of my phone so I do not get any track of it,
the following words have been used: “Sing out, Sign out quick put in your password or I will stab
you”, while I was signing out of my phone, after signing out they asked for my wallet and gave it to
them and they saw I have a debit card, (The white guy) he pulled out the knife (The colour of the
knife handle was a Chameleon colour, with pink, purple and green) and put it next to my liver area
saying that he is going to “stab, kill, shank” me if I try to do “anything stupid” like running away, they
told me to come with them to an ATM cashpoint to withdraw the money off my account which it
was around £74, after I finished singing out of my phone, he did gestures with his hand to my head,
he was trying to imitate a pistol and said, “I will put a bullet in your head and kill you!”, while he kept
mentioning these threats, the 2 black guys would just say “Do not snitch or I will come kill you!” and
repeating these things again and again.

After they got my debit card they said “lets get off at the next station and withdraw the money”, we
got off at Harrow on the Hill around (13:35 or 13:45) and while I was walking the white guy was
always next to me and told me not to run or he will kill me, the black guy said to me “Do not run
because I run very fast and if I catch you I’m going to kill you.” The 2 black guys were in front and the
white one next to me while heading off outside the station, while this was happening, they kept
mentioning “don’t run away” and “Don’t try anything stupid.” After we got the stairs to get out of
the station, he asked how old I am, and I said to him “17 years old” as I was climbing the stairs. After
I climbed up the stairs towards the exit gates to tap out, I did not have my Oyster card as it was in
the wallet, and they forced me to go through the big gates that baby trolleys use to exit the station
(meanwhile I was looking at security and they saw me not being comfortable and not willing to go
through the gates but they did not take any measures or call the police. After I pushed through the
gates, I took a right turn to go outside the station and head to Tesco Express (53-61 College Rd,
Harrow HA1 1FB) as they would want to withdraw money from my bank account, outside the station
near Tesco other 2 people joined without any masks or balaclava on which this results for them
being accomplices because they joined this crime act and they knew the people robbing me, after
one of the black guys requested the PIN multiple times as he had the debit card as he could not
remember the PIN while going to the Cash machine, he tried to withdraw all the money off my bank
account but couldn’t and withdrew only £60 and kept my wallet as well as all my goods, while one of
the black guys is trying to withdraw money the white guy stayed behind and pulled his balaclava half
way to his chin I saw his face, also the ATM might’ve caught his face on CCTV. After they withdrew
the money, he put his whole arm around my back neck and said close to me: “Do not snitch or I will
come after you”.

After I went the opposite direction to the bus station and talked with an elderly couple what
happened, and they paid for my bus as I could get home with 114 towards Mill Hill Broadway.
