05 Assignment 1

1. Who benefits from the outsourcing of skilled white-collar jobs to developing nations?
Who are the losers?
Those who reside in poor nations will gain from the outsourcing of skilled white-
collar employment to emerging countries. The advantage of outsourcing for poor
nations is that it creates and supports jobs, which leads to economic sustainability. The
producers of emerging countries are the losers in the outsourcing of skilled white-collar
employment.
2. Will developed nations like the United States, suffer from the loss of high-skilled and
high paying jobs? Explain.
Yes, the United States will suffer from the loss of high-skilled and high-paying
employment, as it did when blue-collar jobs were lost, in my opinion. Despite their high
compensation, they are the highly trained workers who enable countries to become
developed. They play an important role in the country's economy.
3. Is there a difference between the transference of high-paying white-collar jobs, such
as computer programming and accounting, to developing nations, and low-paying blue-
collar jobs? If so, what is the difference, and should the government do anything to stop
the flow of white-collar jobs out of the country to countries such as India?
Yes, there is a distinction between the transfer of high-paying white-collar
positions to developing countries and low-paying blue-collar occupations since they
have a vast workplace and a lot of money to pay the employees. The government
should put a halt to this since it is needless for the corporation. Every country should
assist its citizens in finding work.
