QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
1. Who benefits from the outsourcing of skilled white-collar jobs to developing nations?
Who are the losers?
 The developing countries that receive these white-collar jobs gain from the
outsourcing of skilled white-collar jobs to developing countries. It will create
more and better jobs in that country. This will be beneficial to the company
as well. They will enhance their profits as a result of lower labor costs in
producing their goods. This will provide the company with a significant
productive advantage in the global market.
 The country where the company is located will be the losers in the
outsourcing of skilled white-collar jobs to developing countries. People who
worked in white-collar jobs before starting to move to a developing country
will lose their jobs. This will harm not just the people, but also the country in
general. unfortunately, in this case, with fewer workers offered for unskilled
workers, people may find themselves in extreme poverty. Poverty has a
negative impact on the US economy because it lessens consumer
expenditures and tax income.

2. Will developed nations like the United States, suffer from the loss of high-skilled and
high paying jobs? Explain.

3. Is there a difference between the transference of high-paying white-collar jobs, such as computer
programming and accounting, to developing nations, and low-paying blue-collar jobs? If so, what is

the country to countries such as India?
