Đề bài: An increasing number of professionals, such as doctors and teachers, are leaving their
own poorer countries to work in developed countries. What problems does this cause ? What solutions can

Body2: main: In truth, some imperative measures ought to be taken to resolve the above-mentioned issues
firstly: improving the facilities in poor countries is highly recommended.
Reason: the life in developed countries and cities is more convenient -> the government should
provide welfare, transport…
Secondly: introduce policies : businesses can pass the law to limit the amount of employees -> help
to restructure the workforce between poor countries and rich countries
In this day and age, more and more contemporary attention has been placed on the problem that caused
by the massive migration of professionals to work in developed countries. Personally, this phenomenon can
result in serious problems, which can be tackled by appropriate measurements.
It is true that this trend could cause some problems. Firstly, this will create a wealth gap between the
economy between developing and developed countries. Specifically, when the number of professionals
who are moving from poorer countries to work in developed countries increases, these cities can develop
strongly and become richer due to the fact that they have such talented people to work for them. By
contrast, the poor countries continue to lack the young and productive workforce, which will cause poverty
and the living standard in those countries will always be low. For example, there are many talented Asian
people migrating to America to find fulfilment, which boosts the development in this country but creates a
lack of qualified workforce in Asia countries. Secondly, this might be a big burden in terms of employment for
the authorities in developed countries. To be specific, there might be a lack of jobs when the number of
people seeking for jobs exceeds that of available job opportunities
In truth, some imperative measures ought to be taken to resolve these above-mentioned issues. To begin
with, the improvement of the quality of life in poor countries is highly recommended. In fact, many people
opt for working in developed countries because of better living conditions. Therefore, the government can
provide the workforce with better social welfare such as free transports for commuting to encourage people
to stay here to work. Additionally, it is also the authorities’ responsibility to introduce policies to allocate jobs
suitably in developed countries. The governments can offer better career pathway for the professionals to
work and learn in developed countries, then they return to devote to their poorer countries, which will help to
restructure the workforce between poor and rich countries.
In conclusion, there are various issues resulting from growing number of professionals leaving their poor
countries to work in developed ones, yet, they can be solved once actions enlisted are adopted.
