AFFIDAVIT

I, AAA., of legal age, Filipino, married and with office address at

Quezon City, do hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the President of INC., (hereinafter referred to as, “The

Corporation”) a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of
the Philippines, with office address at Quezon City;

2. The Corporation bought a parcel of land situated at Barrio Quisao,

Pililla, Rizal, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 00000 registered
in the name of Spouses ___________, as evidenced by a Deed of Absolute
Sale, a copy of which is attached hereto as Annex A;

3. I hereby manifest that the buyer/ vendee of the subject parcel of

land is a Corporation which is registered and organized under Philippine
laws and I am the duly authorized representative of the Corporation in the
said sale transaction;

4. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
