Bulk Correction of Attendance

Please follow the following steps to do bulk correction of attendance for your
group.

Step 1: Every Monday Morning, you will receive an email with an attached
spreadsheet. Download the spreadsheet to your local computer.
Spreadsheet contains list of members with ‘MISSED’ or ‘ABSENT’ status in the past
week. Each row will contain Name/Employee ID/ Date / Check-in/ Check-out.

For Missed Check-ins entries, you will have one entry, either Check-in or Check-
out missing. For Absent entries, you will have either Check-in or Check-out
missing.

Step 2: Choose person name & date for whom you need to correct attendance. In
columns I and columns J, enter check-in and check-out times. Please make sure
that the times are entered in the correct EXCEL format – time needs to be
entered in the MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM format in 24 hour time format.

Please see example below to enter date/time in columns I and J. The date/time
should be in the format as EX: 3/2/2022 07:23
Step 3: Select the Present from the Mark as dropdown.
Step 4: Go to app.arvi.in and enter your login credentials.

Step 5: Go to ‘Requests’ tab and click on ‘Bulk Regularize’ button on top-right.


Step 6: Click on browse and upload the file from the local storage on which
corrections done.

Step 7: Once you see name of the file, click on Blue button titled ‘Upload
Regularization’.
Step 8: ‘Once file is uploaded, you should see a Preview of all the data.

If the status is ok for all the records, you will see enabled confirm button at the
bottom.
If you enter date or time in the wrong format or if you leave the cell empty, you
will able to see the error in the status which doesn’t allow you to confirm.

Once you see the error in the status, make sure that you go to excel sheet again
and correct the record and re upload it.

Step-9
Once you click on the confirm button in the preview data, Correction changes will
be done on the records successfully, and you will be able to see the popup
“Successfully uploaded bulk regularization data.”
