Zhou Zishu as decent as he is as an assassin is not without faults.

For one, he wishes nothing more than to retire from this tedious work. Secondly, he only wishes to
drink wine in the sun preferably left alone to his vices. And finally he wishes for peaceful life after
his final deed is done.

He is not quite sure just exactly he is to do once he retires but he just has to get the job done.

Easier said than done, he thinks miserably as he ties the dark face mask.

But it will be his last job. He'll make sure of it.

He stares down to the name of his last target running his thumb above the ink.

Wen Kexing.

The Ghost Valley pirate captain of the east sea. Said to be ruthless, cruel and arrogant. Truly an
admirable foe as his reputation claims him a viscous murderer and cunning pirate who has escaped
his dreaded fate at the end of a necklace of rope.

No matter, Zhou Zishu considers as he slips knives in in sleeves. He will meet his end at my hand
soon enough.

Luckily it looks like the captain's ship is docking soon and it just so happens that it is the captain's
known location to mingle around the villages bars and close by forest.

Zhou Zishu smiles to himself.

It also seems like the kind of place to drink wine.

⋆。°✩

The captain was in the forest. Peach blossoms were in the air.

It was the perfect time fir Zhou Zishu to strike the seemingly unsuspecting captain. However, the
scoundrel decked in red robes and eyeliner has other plans.

The Ghost Valley captain, Wen Kexing, yawns peering over wine at his hand before the tingle in
his spine rises to his neck and he slides away from the knife thrown his way as it pierces the floor
behind him where he was standing.

He raises a brow as he smirks catching the shadowed figure as a pleased chill runs up his spine.
What a thrill. It has been a while since he's been threatened by someone he suspects is a real
beauty under that pesky mask.

"Well it's not every day a beauty tries to damage this handsome face. Can I ask the name of the one
who could bare to harm it so." Wen Kexing, himself takes out a red fan and starts to lighting fan
himself. It's a small taunt to to the one seeing to put a knife in his heart.

Unfortunately for the assassin the irk in his gold bleeding heart has something to do with that
narrow waist free for his view.

The figure in black only narrows his eyes before attacking once more and lunging straight at
him. How foreword!

Wen Kexing edges back as hands try to hit him and lets his fan spin to strike the assassin sent to
kill him this time.

Truly what other way can one find romance if not threatened once or twice?

But before his beloved fan can slice through the shadow's elegant feet sweep him in the air. Wen
Kexing's eyes widen as the fan tries mighty to get an ounce of blood from his opposer while the
captain is mesmerized himself.

It almost reminds him of an old dance he had thought to have long forgotten. A manor in the
mountains and a boy with the brightest smile with a name he can't quite place.

Well now he must find the idenity of this shadow assassin before he slips from Wen Kexing's
grasp. He can't have that if he can help it. Thus, he edges back into motion and together him the
assassin seem to mirror each other's movements and speed. With only movement as the language
between them, Wen Kexing can't help but to admire the masked beauty in front of him.

Who is he?

And why does the sand that fly around him make it seem like he's stardust incarnate.

Soon when both are at the peak of exhaustion does the figure pant for breath.

The captain laughs himself a smirk, "Never did get a name to those elegant feet as light as the
breeze."

The figure rolls his eyes, but is left some what at a defenseless position as all his weapons are
scattered along the forest and only Wen Kexing comes close to him with his fan still in hand.

"Bastard," the assassin huffs out "Something is clearly wrong with your eyes." he berates.

The bastard captain's mouth wrinkles into a smile with a glint in his eyes as he says, "No your steps
where like snow in the wind and the moon hidden behind the clouds. They were beautiful." And
just as the breeze the captain described he snatches the assassins mask before the other can make
any sort of get away. "And it would appear that so is your pretty face."

Zhou Zishu makes a unimpressed face, but Wen Kexing still catches the light flush risen to those
pale cheeks.

"I also think that a beauty like you would love drinking too. So won't A-xu spare a time for a drink
with this young master?" The bastard smiles with an indulgent yet innocent face as he suggests a
night for wine.

The assassin scoffs disbelieving but quirks a curious and interested brow Wen Kexing's way.

"It's Zhou Zishu actually." He admits rubbing his neck tiredly and in real need of a drink.

Wen Kexing gleams.

"Then would A-xu like to drink together aboard my ship?"

⋆。°✩

Zhou Zishu finds himself alongside Wen Kexing in the captain's quarters of the ship with a drink in
his hand peering out the window to see the moonlight above.
He isn't quite sure where to go from here.

He was supposed to kill the man beside him not drink a cup of wine and enjoy his company despite
his shameless remarks.

"A pretty face like yours must have quite the lovely mind to be so lost in thought or perhaps you
are in awe at my handsome face and find me quite charming," Wen Kexing inquires.

Zhou Zishu can't help but roll his eyes yet he is endeared at the captain's flirtations.

"You'd be more charming if you left your mouth shut and just let you handsome face speak for
itself."

"So you do find me handsome, A-xu."

Zhou Zishu hums before the captain refills his glass and he can't help but stare at him in the act. He
does find the pirate bastard handsome damnit.

"Even though I have barely made your acquaintance, A-xu, I can't help but find myself unable to
look away from you. I can only conclude that that means we are destined to be. You surely must
feel the stardust between us, can you not."

Zhou Zishu stays quiet but nods as he does feel something akin to a starling in his attraction to the
scoundrel in front of him.

"It's settled we shall be married in the morning!" Wen Kexing announces.

Zhou Zishu spits out his wine in surprise.

"M-marriage? After one night? You really must have fallen deep for me Lao Wen. Your words
astound me but fine! I'll marry you if you can grant me three wishes," He says amused as the
captains eyes sparkle with hope.

"Anything! I will give A-xu a fortune if he wishes for all the gold rings in the sea. I'll even recite
poetry to you every night if that is your wish. I'd even keep you from harm and start a war in your
name." Wen Kexing quickly promises.

"I don't really care for gold nor your needless poetry. I have no need for war but your arms to keep
me safe? I'll consider it. No my three wishes are simple. I wish for my delight in wine under the
moon. I wish for no need to return to my old tiring life. And lastly I wish you to be beside me in
this adventure awaiting us."

"And so it will be done, A-xu." He slowly inches closer to Zhou Zishu. "So it shall be done." He
whispers sinfully.

The assassin smiles into the kiss as the pirate lets the stardust sneak into those lips that taste
sweetly of wine and desire.
