Application on behalf of Applicant – Modit Chauhan, for surrendering before this

Hon’ble Court and for grant of bail, in above captioned matter
Respectfully Sheweth,

1. That the above matter/FIR is under investigation by the local P.S. – Shakarpur.
Copy enclosed as Annexure A-1.

2. That it came to the Knowledge of the applicant that the local Police obtained
the NBW against the applicant, from this Hon’ble Court, on the false and
fabricated facts. Further, the application is falsely implicated in the above said FIR.

3. That, applicant is a innocent Law abiding citizen with clean antecedents and
having deep rooted standing in the society, wants to surrender before this
Hon’ble Court as the applicant has no faith in the said police. Further, applicant is
having a strong believe in the Judicial System of the land.

By conspectus of the above, It is requested to this Hon’ble Court to please allow

the present application in favour of the applicant and further grant the Bail to the
Applicant in the interest of Justice.
