WEB NOTE ON QUESTION BOOKLET NUMBER

It is to inform that the written test for recruitment to the post of Extension Officer
(Supervisor) Grade-I in Women Development and Child Welfare Department vide notfn
no.11/2022 will be held on 08/01/2023 FN & AN in OMR mode.
In this connection it is to inform that, in this OMR based exam Question Booklet
Series (A, B, C & D series) is replaced with Question Booklet no.
The Question Booklet no. will be printed on the Right Corner of the cover page of the
Question Booklet i.e Question Paper. The candidate has to fill the 6 digit Question Booklet
No., in the boxes provided in the OMR Answer Sheet and has to darken / bubble the
appropriate circles with Blue/Black ball point pen at the side 1 of the OMR Answer Sheet
Example to fill up the Question Booklet number
If the Question Booklet number of a candidate is 102365, it has to be filled as shown
below:

If the Question Booklet no.is not darkened/ not properly darkened, it will lead to
invalidation of the OMR Answer Sheet without any further notice

The model OMR sheet is made available in the Commission’s website

https://www.tspsc.gov.in for understanding of the candidates. Candidates are advised to
download the model OMR Answer Sheet and fill the required boxes and darken the
appropriate circles to avoid rejection of their OMR Answer Sheet for doing wrong bubbling of
the circles of mandatory fields such as Hall Ticket No. and Question Booklet No. etc.,
