Let’s start a new healthy life!

Staying healthy is a very crucial action that we should take note of. Many people are getting sick
and weak due to unhealthy diagrams, especially nowadays we should eat as much healthy
food as possible, due to the virus that is spreading. Although no one is taking notice of it.

Why is it Important to be healthy?


All of us should eat healthy, because it has many important benefits. Firstly, it can increase your
immunity system, as a result, you would get less sick. Secondly, it can make you more fit and
shaped, as well you would be more active, and this can positively affect you. Plus it can make
you happy - as eating junk food or too much sugar can make you feel depressed .

How can we stay healthy?


A lot of people know this, but they don’t really follow the rules of being healthy, so let me
rephrase this back. One of the most important tips is by exercising, and it is very recommended
in the morning since it can make you more active and freshed to start your day. Another point is
by dividing your plate: half of your dish should be fruits and vegetables, a quarter of it
carbohydrates, then the other quarter is for protein, also don’t forget to add a glass of water.

As well you can learn about healthy lifestyle, which is a very effective way to get healthy.

On the whole, being healthy is one of the keys to making your life better and happier.
