    Because he doesn't treat the person he's speaking to properly and
    acts as though he just considers him as someone he knows well,
    what he says about the job is out of the question, which is why
    the video is titled "This is the worst job interview."

    3.In your opinion, what are the things that the interviewee could
    have done to avoid being in that situation?

    It's not just being talked here; it's about how he can do his job
    or whether he deserves it, therefore I think you should act
    professionally as talking to the person you're communicating to.
