1. The fast blood coursing through my veins made me feel extremely active and ready to exert
more physical effort.
2. Warming up ultimately helps the blood circulate gradually quicker, preparing the body for more
rigorous exercises.
3. Since cheerdancing requires intense body movements, warming up can prevent injuries by
preparing the body.
4. Walking is always the most basic warm up technique one can perform.
