We collected a total of ₱250,000 for investment as we plan to purchase a
franchise of BRIKOS JAPANESE TAKOYAKI worth ₱150,000 the estimated
profit for a month ranges from ₱25,000-₱48,000. For the location it will be in a
school area. The net income will be around ₱20,000-₱30,000 a month. For the
ROI (return of investment) it will take up 5-6 months. After a year the group
planned to franchise another kiosk to be places in a different location. In 2 years
time the group can be able to reach its goal of ₱500,000.

 Our friend group of  5 decided to go on a vacation in Boracay 2.5years from


now when we graduate from college. We plan to have a ₱500,000 thousand
budget and currently we have ₱250,000 worth of cash on hand(₱50,000 from
each). So we are planning to invest our money to be able to fill the remaining
amount we needed.

 Our goal is to raise ₱500,000 budget for a 5 day vacation in Boracay 2.5 years
from now. For our investment plan it will only take 2 years to fill the amount
that we needed

For us to be able to have a successful investment through our shared business to avoid
unnecessary conflicts.

 
l Set investment selection guidelines

Preserve the integrity of the principal in order to discharge the obligations to pay
out funds as specified in specific Deeds of Gift or similar instruments.

 Achieve a high rate of return (measured by market standards).

l Assign responsibility for selecting and monitoring investments

The person who will collect the money for investment amounting ₱250,000 or
₱50,000 from each of us would be Mr.Carcena. The person who will contact the
franchisee or the Brikos will be Mr.Mendoza and he will be the one to talk or process
the franchising and it will be under his name. Mr.Mendoza and Ms.Lopez will be the
ones to manage the franchise of the Brikos kiosk for the 2 years investment plan. The
group will purchase another franchise and it will be Ms.Albos who will process the
franchising and put it under her name. Ms.Albos will be the one to manage it in the
course of a year with the help of Mr.Mendoza. Ms.Villanueva would be the one to
take care of the profit of the business to assure that it would still be growing and she
will also be the one to take care of budgeting their money for their upcoming Boracay
trip.
