Second, courage, because the business world is a world full of risk, and you will not be able

to last if you do not have the courage, both mentally and physically, to withstand the dangers
or difficulties that the firm will experience. Third, humility which every leader must possess
since the other traits can be developed but the love and caring  for those around you is a gift.
Furthermore, humility is a great ability of leaders to mentor, communicate, as well as learn
from their people. Fourth, integrity; a good leader must be capable of determining what is 
good and bad for his or her people and the organization, and this will lead his people
towards a right path.
