Fifth, creativity, a good leader must have an ability to foresee the possibilities, horizons and

futures of the organization in his or her decisions in order to know if his or her decision will
benefit or harm the organization. Sixth is perseverance, a good leader must stand by his or
her words or actions, and no matter how hard it is, he or she will be willing to achieve their
goal and will not choose to just give up. Lastly, a good leader must have a life outside of his
job and be healthy in both his work and personal life, emphasizing the importance of being
ready to implement leadership competencies when needed.
