 Doing first part approval for checking the process parameters as per customer
requirements.
 Prepare daily rework and rejection data.
 Daily analysis of rework and rejection piece.
  Verification of instruments and gauges availability at shoop floor at process
station ,final inspection and PDI and their calibration staus.
 Analysis and verification of customer return material and maintain record.
 Giving training to line operator for reduction in line rejection and customer
complaint.
 Giving 5S awareness to operators and motivating them to implement on shoop floor.
 Monitoring poka-yoke on daily basic.
 Kaizen work optimization.
 Basic knowledge of PPAP documentation.
