    Subject: Canceled workshop

    Dear Madam,

    My name is Barbara Rusinek and I am the head of finance at Apcoa Parking Solutions. I would like to
    file a complaint regarding a workshop that has been canceled. Nakisoft were supposed to organise a
    workshop 02.01.2023 for accounts from mine department on hot to wise a new accounts software.
    Unfortunetly, the workshop was canceled on the same day. I am very sad about this and
    disappointed. It spoiled our organisation of the day. We had to cancel an important business
    meeting. Moreover people who were on leave came back to work at that time. Employees still do not
    know how to use the new program. I am asking for a new date of workshop or a discount on the
    service. Otherwise, I will be forced to cancel your services in the future. Our company is a 5 years
    partner of your company so I am asking for a quick answer and solution to the problem.
