1. This document shall govern the tabulation for the overall winners of the 26th Regional
Mid-Year Convention (RMYC).
2. Aside from the awards stated in the Implementing Rules and Regulations of governing
the Regional Mid-Year Convention, the following awards shall be given during the
awarding ceremony.

decision after careful deliberations. The Regional Executive Officers’ decision is final
and irrevocable.
