There is more than one reason caused this phenomenon

well, etc. Among these reasons, false BIOS setting, power switch

2) Monitor illumines green light with no display: chiefly GPU NG,
please measure whether the RSET voltage is 1V.
3) Monitor illumines yellow light: 5V NG, or else HSYNC or
VSYNC is bad,, measurement need to be done whether the 5V
amplifier input voltage is normal.
4) If all 5V,
5V HSYNC and VSYNC is OK, OK consideration should be
taken whether the connector is OK or not.

a) Visual inspection: if coupling capacitors of 16 pairs nearby golden figure
or shifted SMT inductors on bottom are bad. And if ggolden figures g has
oxidize or obvious flax.
b) Measure whether these voltages is short to GND before power on: 3.3V,
GPU voltage,

c) Power on, check if above voltages are OK, PCIE RST is 3.3V, and clock
frequency is 27.0MHz

d) If all above is OK, please check if the resistance between GND and each
data string of 16 pairs both on top and bottom is well, also to the resistance
of each coupling capacitor of all 16 pairs (lower shows GPU NG, OL is
GPU OPEN ).

Screen Noise:
Screen noise has many types. If only a very small area displays
garbage, most possible reason is resistor or array resistor nearby
memory is bad, such as open, cold solder joint, short or wrong
resistance.

Trouble Shootingg
1. Hang up is likely to occur in running 3D test program, picture
pauses. Sometimes, test will go on after pause for several seconds,
so please wait a moment to see result.
2. When test can’t go on, and no response to press Number Lock key, it
is “hang up”. This time, instantly power on is in vain, GPU NG and
power supply deficiency can cause the phenomenon, as well as weak
heat dissipate, if so, please power off, and then test again after card
i cooled.

3. Try to lower memory or engine’s frequency, for example, memory
frequency can be turned down from 196MHz to 180MHz, also to
engine clock set up. If pass, please check whether BIOS or GPU is
