Subject : 1. Solenoid Engine Cut Off.
2. Changes the step work of Solenoid Engine Cut Off

Cases : Engine Cut Off easily damage

Problem : if the Solenoid Engine Cut Off is damaged the Unit can’t running.
Action : Action of Divisi Engineering

Before

- Solenoid for Engine

cut off will active
when the unit
running.

After

- Solenoid for Engine

cut off will active
when the unit
shutting down.

REASON OF MODIFICATION :

1. Because the solenoid of engine cut off easily damaged if the position
always on when unit running (unit can’t start)
2. Reducing the cost of maintenance unit during warranty period.
Step of Instalation

Bracket original

Install solenoid and bracket.

add new Bracket

Find the terminal (R1) and than

connect the cable to the new
solenoid wiring.

4 pcs bolt (M7 x 1)

3-4 meters cable

 Connect to terminal
R1 at ignition switch

Cable RED and WHITE,

connect them
together.(gabungkan jadi 1
Gnd jalur dan disambung ke
terminal R1 pada kunci
kontak).

Conclution :
1. Solenoid for Engine Cut Off never damage again.
2. Low price for maintenance during the warranty
period.
3. We have schedule to modification all model of
Wheel Loaders (ZL-series) at Yard or Fields.
