Job Descrip on: Ensure pool deck and pa os are clean and presentable for our guests. Remove debris, garbage
and wash pool deck as needed. Restock pool towels at front desk. Check hotel entrance, grounds and parking
lots for debris and take out garbage. Maintain clean guest hallways, swept, and mopped as needed. Clean
outside elevator doors, frames and stair as needed. Clean all ice machine in assigned areas and wipe down.
Keeps maid closets clean and organized. Removes the dirty linen and garbage from maid closet constantly.
Assist housekeepers to remove dirty linen from guest rooms. Help with receiving of hotel supplies. Make all
guest request delivery as a priority.

Special Requirements: Able to li up to 30lbs. Able to push/ pull up to 100lbs. Able to bend, stretch and twist.

Disclosures: Visa Fees: The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa
processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by
the H-2B worker (but need not include passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the
worker). Employer will make all deduc ons from the worker's paycheck required by law. Three-Fourths
Guarantee: In accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(f); the employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at
least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
Inbound/Outbound Transporta on: Transporta on and subsistence costs from the place from which the worker
has to travel, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment will be provided to the worker by
check if the worker completes 50% of the period of employment. Upon comple on of the work contract or
where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable cost of return
transporta on and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where
the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of
transporta on payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common
carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $14 per day during travel to a
maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts, consistent with 20 CFR.20(j)(1)(i) and 20 CFR 655.20(j)(1)(ii). Tools:
