How people will act if there will be no rules at all?

I recently saw the movie whose plot resembles the current disaster we are
facing today on the earth. It takes us to the 2022, when 7.4 milliard of
people have died of virus, and there are left only 10 million people on the
planet. Obviously, in this case, most will scoff at the idea of adherence to
the rules. As I totally accord with the film’s illustration of the outcome to the
above, my stance on the issue tangibly ascribes to it.
At the start of the film, we are introduced to Ali and his brother Safet who
go into coma after being knocked down by a trunk. When they come around
in hospital ward, they cannot see any sign of life within the hospital. In the
course of the film, they get to know that the Apocalypse occurs during their
absence. While they begin seeking their family, they eyewitness how the
aggregate freedom and power abuse the people who have survived. In other
words, the rest 10 million regard battery and assault as the mere tools to
keep on existing. For them there is no comprehension as “all humans are
equal” but awareness of themselves and their safety. Of course, they
conceal these initiatives by using “defense of people’s rights from villainous
and avaricious government” as an excuse.
Besides this instance there are another factors which reinforce my
opposition to anarchism. Likewise, liberty from any laws also means
freedom of speech and information, which indicates us of the menace that
people can use this to undermine the human rights of others. Even though
libertarians believe that Government should interfere in people’s lives as
little as possible (i.e. people’s rights to free speech should not be restricted
by law), I find the extreme right-wing and left-wing views abhorrent. For
example, if there had been no free speech for the Nazi party in German
during the early 20s, it is possible that fascism may not have grown in power
and influence. Thus, if this kind of disorder actually takes place, the fruits
will be the same level seismic as the end of the world in the movie.
Hence, if one is bereft of abiding to rules, then this state will certainly go
to her or his head letting the worst ideas come true.
