Problem Statement
• Create a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) program for face milling operation

for the given part (2D Drawing given in next slide)

• Use CAM software - ProE Creo NC

• Control system: ISO / Fanuc

Machining / Cutting Conditions
• Machining parameters that can be followed:

– Depth of Cut: 1mm

– Feed 600 mm / min

– Spindle rpm: 1800

– Cutter Dia: 50 flat

– Stepover: 25mm
