 CAN
We use the words CAN to express the ability to do something. In Spanish, the word CAN means
“PODER”. This word is independant, in other words, it can make its own affirmative, negative and
interrogative structures.

Look at these examples:

I can read in English. I can do my homework. I can’t speak Chinese.
