BOARD RESOLUTION

At a special meeting of the Board of Members, ALLIANCE OF PATRIA AND CIRILO EMPLOYEE
CONSUMER COOPERATIVE, held on October 20, 2022 at the principal place of the business of which a
quorum was present and majority of the Board of Members was passed, adopted and approved the
resolution to, wit;

WHEREAS, ANA LIE GAMAS as Chairwoman of the Board of Members, ALLIANCE OF PATRIA
AND CIRILO EMPLOYEE CONSUMER COOPERATIVE made a report to the Board of the Members of all
urgent matters and actions, to which, ALLIANCE OF PATRIA AND CIRILO EMPLOYEE CONSUMER
COOPERATIVE has been a party, be it;

“RESOLVED, that the issuance of any and all checks, drafts, transfer orders, debit and credit advice,
application for manager’s/cashier’s/certified checks and other types of payment orders and instruction drawn upon or
payable out of the Cooperative’s Bank accounts shall be authorized upon the signature of;
