I. Introduction

Our semi-automatic plastic tube sealing machine DF-20 can be used to seal the tail of
plastic or composite plastic toothpaste tube with diameters of 8~55mm and length of
60~220mm. It is suitable for food, medicine, cosmetics and other plastic tube packaging
industries.

III. Installation & Debugging

Set the equipment on a stable platform and plug it in. Make sure there is grounding wire
to ensure the personal safety of the operator. Then, press the power switch and the
sealing switch. Set the sealing temperature and sealing speed. After that, put the bottom
of the tube on the heat block for sealing until the sealing result meets the requirements.

IV. Operation

Press the power switch and the sealing switch. Put the unsealed plastic tube fill with
materials onto the guide rail and align it with the heat block which automatically close
and preheat the tail of the plastic tube. When the sealing temperature and time reach the
set values, the heat block automatically separates and push the plastic tube to the
position of sealing clamp mouth for pressing together. Then, it will seal the next plastic
tube.
V. Cleaning

After the completion of each shift, check whether there is material of the plastic tube
stuck on the heat block. A metal brush can be used to clean it. Moreover, the dust on
the machine surface can be cleaned with soft cloth.
