. Summarize
The machine is a new product which is improved as customers’ requirements. It is suitable

for packaging of all kinds of liquid and solid in medium & small pharmaceutical factory,

health medicine factory, hospital preparation lab, food industry, electronic industry, hardware

industry, etc. It can protect the material from stream or dust, improve product packing degree,

and increase the additional value. The machine is used to produce small quality and many

kinds of products.

. The Usage Range


The usage range of the machine: capsule, tablet, pellet, needel, abnormal medicine, medical

equipment, food and electron parts.

. Characteristic
● Travel scope can be adjusted. Mould is located by local groove so that it’s easy to

change mould. The machine heat is the PVC through conduction and forms it through

pressing and frothing.

● The material is fed automatically. The mould and feeding equipment can be designed as

use’s requirement.

● The heating moulds will automatically separate when the machine stops, which

contributes to protect the material between them and extend the machine’s life.

● The equipment of trace pressing, batch number printing and scap-collecting can be

chose.

● Manipulator grip and tow wrapper, straight to-and-fro running, synchroning accurately

and stably.

● Speed is shifted by step less transducer , the operation panel of PC cycle.

. The Installation and Notice Item
1. Don’t fix to the ground, as there is a rubber wheel at the bottom of the machine,

which can be removable.

2. Train the professional worker to operate and maintain the machine.

3. Connect the ground line according to escutcheon.

4. The machine should be kept clean.

5. Each part of the machine should be add lubrication oil.

6. The wheel box should add lubricating oil before production.

7. You’d better adopt oil-less air compressor.

8. The pression for forming station, heat-sealing station and impression part should be

controlled in a range, otherwise it will influence the using life of the machine.

. Proceeding Working Procedure


1. According to the eletronic safty, connecting to the powde supper, press the button for

main motor to see if it is run normally.

2. Cooling water: According to the scutcheon on the machine, connect the cooling water

to see if the current is running smoothly.

3. Air compressor: Open the air compressor and you can use the air pump untill the air

pressure is reached at 0.2-0.4 MPA.

4. Add the oil: Add the lubricating oil to cam box and grea-box. Plus: 2/3 of the oil box

will be enough.

5. Adjust nut paper, put the PVC on the bearing and lock it. Then draw the PVC to the

traction nip and fix it. The position of the PVC should be conform to the orbit of the

machine and keep average on the both sides.

. Operation Procedure
1. The green indicator light will be bright when starting the machine. Pull the two

heating swith for both forming and heating-sealing to “ ON” position. The first button

on the worktable is the temprature controlling instrument controlling forming

temperature, set at 90℃ and 100℃ respectively. The second temperature controllling

instrument controlling the heat-sealing, set the temperature at 120℃ –140℃. It is up

to the specific situation.

2. Put down the spanner on the traction roller and run the main motor until the

temperature of the forming station and heating board is set correctly. The blister

forming from the PVC should be conform to heating mould. The heating mould

should pin the foil and PVC. The two materials draw and transport to the cutting

station together.

3. If the foil deflects right and left, you scould adjust the foil roller to make it in the

correct position. If the foil deflects fore-and-aft, you could adjust the box body to

move.

4. Open the flashboard of the feeder after the normal operation of heat sealing and

cutting and put the medicine into the feeder, You can fill in by manual work when

few blisters lack of the material. But you should pay attention to the items as follows:

when the forming blister arrives at the roller, don’t fill in abundently. If you don’t

posit in the right place, it will be much influencing the synchronization.

5. For increase of the material, nonsynchronization will possibly occur in the forming

and heat-sealing because of the different growing temperature for foil and main motor.

Firstly, you should adjust the tranction scope in the proper position, then adjust the

box body.

6. The quality for heating-sealing of PVC and foil should be proved by temperature,

pressure and the plain degree of hating knurling board. If the heating-sealing is not

good, you should decrease the temperature and pressure.

7. If the deflection take place while cutting, adjust the mould and box body.

8. In the daily operation, worker in the workshop should get some more knowledge of

the configuration and priciple of the machine.
