Cold Sandwiches

Egg Sandwich
Ingredients

 3 hard-boiled eggs, cut into small cubes


 3/4 cup Lady's Choice Real mayonnaise
 12 slices white bread
 3 bunches of curly leaf lettuce, washed and dried from excess water (optional)
 2 pcs ripe salad tomatoes, sliced (optional)

Procedure

1. Combine boiled eggs and Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise in a bowl. Mix well. Season
with salt, pepper, and sugar according to taste.
2. To add a healthy twist to your Classic Egg Sandwich, you can arrange 3-4 pcs of lettuce
leaves on the bread then spread mixture over the lettuce, top with 1-2 slices of tomatoes
then cover with another slice. Enjoy with a glass of milk and fruit slices!

Simple Ham Sandwich


Ingredients

 2 slices sandwich bread


 1 tablespoon Dijon or spicy brown mustard
 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
 4 to 5 slices Applegate Naturals® Slow Cooked Ham
 3 leaves butter lettuce
 ¼ cup sliced dill or bread and butter pickles

Procedure

1. Spread one slice of bread with mustard; spread the other slice with mayonnaise.
2. Lay the lettuce over one of the slices of bread then top with the ham and pickles.
3. Close the sandwich and cut in half. Sandwich can be made up to 4 hours in advance, and
kept, tightly wrapped, in the refrigerator.
