In a one whole sheet of bondpaper, answer these following questions.

1. Do you believe that virginity is important for both boys and girls? Why?

Virginity is important for both boys and girls because it is something that people
have. It is the most valuable thing that should be protected and taken care of. It is
also not something you should be careless and nonchalant about. Virginity is
important and needed because once you lose it you will never have it back. As to
why parents always refer to it as something delicate and sacred.

2. What are your attitudes/behavior and standards towards virginity? Compare

them with the standard set by the society.

I agree with society’s standard set that we should wait until we are married to “lose”
our virginity. But people shouldn’t critizise or judge if they find out that someone,
especially teens, lost their virginity before marriage. I personally don’t understand
why society reacts so differently with both sex like when a female/girl “loses” her
virginity, people would often insult her, while when a male/boy “loses” his virginity,
his friends would congratulate him. I believe that when people find out that a teen
lost their virginity before marriage, they should try to console and understand them.
We, as a human being, shouldn’t be so cruel and harsh to them, whether or not they
have control over it.

3. How do you value your virginity.

As some people say, having your virginity means pureness. Virginity is a precious
thing that we should treasure and value. It is something we should have control over
and we can value it by valuing ourself as a person. By valuing ourself, we can learn
and understand to value our virginity. We can also value our virginity by not being
reckless with it and protect it.
