REF:THE END OF YOUR CONTRACT AS ASSISTANT TUTOR

Reference is made to the captioned matter.

I am pleased to notify you that your contract as a tutor, which started on  November 17, 2020,
will come to an end on November 16, 2021. According to the contract clause No. 3 item (i)
you are entittled the benefit of National Social Security Fund (NSSF) on which FITI had to
withhold and pay 10% of your gross remuneration to NSSF. A matching contribution
equivalent to 10% of your gross remuneration was made by FITI. The payment to the NSSF
was made through employee membership No. 39399389.

The management team wishes you well wherever you will go and thank you for your
cooperation throughout the contract period.
