This is in line with the upcoming conduct of OCD-BARMM Training deliverables for the last
quarter of FY 2023

Please be inform that the Office of Civil Defense BARMM is Slated to conduct a Rapid Damage
Assessment and Needs Analysis (RDANA) Training Course on October 16-21 2023
(inclusive on travel time) at LM Metro Hotel, Don Toribio Street, Zamboanga City. The
object of the said training is for the participants to obtain the knowledge, skill and attitude
required in utilizing the RDANA as a method to prescribe life-saving interventions for
communities affected disasters.

In line with this may we invite 2 (two) participants from your office to attend the said activity.
OCD-BARMM will shoulder the meals and hotel accommodation of participants for the whole
duration of the training, while transportation and other related expenses shall be shouldered by
the sending agency.
