Greetings!

The Bureau of Fire Protection - Tabaco City Fire Station, with its commitment to
promoting fire safety consciousness among the people of Tabaco City, will be
conducting a Motorcade Kick-off Activity on March 01, 2023, at 7:30 in the morning.
This event will signal the launch of the Observance of CY2023 Fire Prevention Month
with the theme: "Sa Pag-Iwas sa Sunog, Hindi ka Nag-iisa!"

This activity will be joined by local and national government agencies, including LGU
Tabaco, PNP, BJMP, CDRRMO, different fire volunteer organizations and brigades,
stakeholders, and other support units. The assembly area will be beside St. John the
Baptist Parish at exactly 7:30 AM on the same date, and it will end at the City Plaza
where a short program will immediately follow.

In this regard, we are pleased to invite you and your staff/personnel to join us in this
activity at the specified time and date. Furthermore, we humbly request your personnel
to facilitate traffic management during the said event. Please refer to the attached route
map.

Additionally, we kindly ask for your support in the Bureau of Fire Protection's advocacy
by hanging a tarpaulin bearing the CY 2023 Fire Prevention Month Theme "Sa Pag-
iwas sa Sunog, Hindi ka Nag-iisa!" with the standard size of 3x5 feet. For the soft copy
of the tarpaulin printing, please coordinate with SFO1 Peter John A Marinda and/or FO1
Kevin A Mirandilla at contact numbers 09399151789 or 09158375720.
