This is in reference to the DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2019-40, Re:Implementation of

Oplan Ligtas na Pamayanan in All Barangays Nationwide dated March 15, 2019.

As such, this office would like to appeal your whole-hearted and active support in helping us
through posting of Our Advocacy Tarpaulin (Fire Safety Tips), which aims to promote fire safety
awareness to the public and importance and adhering to fire safety standards to avoid the
occurrence of destructive fires.

Attached is the design for the Advocacy Tarp, available at Jekoy’s Printing Services, located at
Brgy. Zone 3 (Pob), Sta. Fe, Leyte.

Further, posting/hanging of tarpaulin will be verified on February 25, 2023.
