Greetings!

With the holidays fast approaching, the Bureau of Fire Protection is one with the nation in
aiming and promoting a fire safe and fire free celebration in the community.

In connection, Bureau of Fire Protection – Dagupan City Fire Station is conducting an annual
program or parade is on 6:00 o’clock in the morning of March 3, 2023 as part of activities for the
observation of Fire Prevention Month with theme “Sa Pag-iwas sa Sunog, Hindi Ka Nag-iisa.”

The event shall be graced by Dagupan City Fire Station headed by CINSP MICHAEL JOHN V
ESCAÑO, City Fire Marshal and other partner agencies like PNP, CDRRMO, PANDA to name
a few. A motorcade will also take place within the Central Business District of the City as part of
the BFP’s efforts in intensifying awareness campaign to mitigate, if not totally eliminate, fire
incidents and accidents caused by firecrackers and the like.

In this regard, the undersigned wishfully requests your good office for the printing of 20 pcs.
tarpaulin 4x8 in size to be used during the motorcade.

Your generosity will go a long way toward making our event a huge success.
