COP, attended the 1st Quarter of CY 2023 BARANGAY ASSEMBLY DAY at Barangay San
Isidro, Santiago, Agusan del Norte.

The Santiago Municipal Police Station, headed by PCPT ARNEL D GONZAGA, COP,
appreciated its partnership with the members of Community Alliance Gender Diversity of
Santigao (CAGDOS) in holding its 'Best Practices' in the Municipality of Santiago.
At about 10:00AM, personnel of Santiago MPS, led by PCMS Erwin Betarmos,
Operation PNCO, under the close supervision of PCPT ARNEL D GONZAGA, COP, joined a
feeding program, one of the community service initiated by the CAGDOS Members, to the
children at Purok 3, Poblacion 1, Santiago, Agusan del Norte.
Santiago MPS Joins ZUMBA
The Santiago Municipal Police Station, headed by PCPT ARNEL D GONZAGA, COP,
appreciated its partnership with the members of Community Alliance Gender Diversity of
Santiago (CAGDOS) in holding its 'Best Practices' in the Municipality of Santiago.
At about 6:00AM of February 25, 2023, personnel of Santiago MPS, led by PCPT
ARNEL D GONZAGA, COP, together with the personnel and trainees of RSTU13 joins the
CAGDOS, with their Chapter President, Sir Ralph Geber Sumayo, who initiated a physical
fitness activity through ZUMBA at the Municipal Plaza.

appreciated its partnership with the members of Community Alliance Gender Diversity of
Santigao (CAGDOS) in holding its 'Best Practices' in the Municipality of Santiago.
At about 9:00AM, personnel of Santiago MPS, led by PEMS Christine Sagusay, CAD
PNCO, under the close supervision of PCPT ARNEL D GONZAGA, COP, holds community
service showcasing libreng gupit and hair-rebonding at the Poblacion 1 Multipurpose Gym.

Q1 MDRRC Meeting
At about 9:00AM Santiago Municipal Police Station, headed by PCPT ARNEL D
GONZAGA, COP, recently attended the 1st Quarter Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction
Management Council Meeting at the 3rd Flr. of Santiago Government Center, Santiago Agusan
del Norte.

The meeting aimed to discuss disaster risk reduction and management strategies, as
well as the roles and responsibilities of different agencies and stakeholders in emergency
situations. Santiago MPS's participation in the meeting highlights their commitment to ensuring
the safety and security of the community, especially during times of crisis. By actively engaging
in these types of discussions, they are able to stay up-to-date on the latest information and
protocols related to disaster risk reduction and management.
 𝐏𝐂𝐏𝐓 𝐀𝐑𝐍𝐄𝐋 𝐃 𝐆𝐎𝐍𝐙𝐀𝐆𝐀, 𝐎𝐈𝐂, 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐠𝐨 𝐌𝐏𝐒 participated the 3-Day 𝘉𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘤 𝘐𝘯𝘤𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵
𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘚𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘮 (𝘉𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘤 𝘐𝘊𝘚) 𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 initiated by the Local Government of Santiago together
with the Province of Agusan del Norte at 3rd Fl, Santiago Government Center on January 23-
25, 2023. This training focused on building the capacity of Officials and Personnel by enabling
them to implement all functions of emergency management.

PNP Personnel of Santiago MPS led by PEMS Amando S Azote, MESPO under the
supervision of PCPT ARNEL D GONZAGA, OIC join the distribution of food pack containing
assorted goods and rice , initiated by the Local Government Unit of Santiago headed by Hon.
Zenaida Lim-Municipal Mayor together with the Barangay Council of Barangay Tagbuyacan,
Santiago, Agusan Del Norte on January 11, 2023.
